🟥 RED ZONE — Full Focus Mode

What it means:

  • All non-essential notifications are blocked

  • Social apps + distractions are locked

  • Only emergency + priority contacts can get through

🟩 GREEN ZONE — Open Mode

What it means:

  • Normal phone usage

  • No notifications blocked

  • No restrictions

🟨 YELLOW ZONE — Partial Focus Mode

What it means:

  • Only “high-priority” notifications come through

  • Social apps stay paused, but productivity apps stay open

  • You can choose which apps are allowed
